Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan handed over two pairs of shoes made from Karakul skin gifted to him during his visit to Russian, to Afghanistan National Museum, reports BNA adding that these shoes made from high quality Karakul in bright brown and black colors, were gifted by Russia writer Libidov during president Karzai visit to Russian.
Head of presidential Human Resources Department Shuja Muhammad Amal handed over the said gift to Director of National Museum Omar Khan Masoudi for keeping them beside public properties which was accepted by director of NM with appreciation.
For several times president Hamid Karzai has handed over gifts given to him by leaders of different countries, to NM and Central Bank.
