Kabul (BNA) The council of ministers adopted the policy for resettlement of the armed forces personnel in its session dated 6 of Sunbula of current year that has been advanced at the initiative of president Karzai.
This policy is prepared in accordance with the provision of article 22 of the constitution and decree no 83 dated 18/8/1386 of the presidential office and it aims at preparing shelter for the personnel of the armed forces of Afghanistan and for bringing about of improvement, trust building at the ranks of the armed forces, improving their living conditions and their families and ensuring better conditions for their living who are serving at the armed forces organs.
In accordance with this policy the process for distribution of apartments and residential homes are facilitated for the deserving ones in the center and provinces and this will be reviewed once again in order to ensure its transparency.
The CM assigned the ministries of interior affairs, agriculture and irrigation, finance, urban development, national security department and the administration affairs and secretariat of the CM so that after preparing of its policy create a mechanism for its implementation in 15 days and refer it to the coming CM meeting.
