Kabul (BNA) The first seminar on scoffing in Afghanistan initiated by the Ministry of Information and Culture ended by issuing of a resolution.
In the fourth session of its second day of the seminar that was held with the participation of some government officials, writers and cultural figures of center and some province, first Hanif Sabet was elected as chairman, Bashir Dudyal as deputy chairman and Najib Najua as secretary of the seminar.
Sayed Daoud Yaqubi read out his article (what he had asked form alien) and Najib Nejua read out his article of scoffing in Balkh.
Nasir Neshat, Abdul Wahid Rafie, Najibullah Dehzad, Shukoria Kharoti, Noor Mohammad Rahimi, Qader Rahimi, Masoud Khazan, Humayun Bereya, Dr. Narmgoi, Dr. Akram Khamoush Kohistani, Ali Sher Jawzjani, Mansur Nasimi, Hanif Sabet and Mohammad Nasir presented their scoffing pieces.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ahmad Ghaus Zalmai was elected as chairman, Parwana Ghaiyasi as deputy chairman and Najib Nejua as secretary in its scientific session.
At this session Musa Radmanish presented an article on the position of scoffing in cinema and Raziq Narewal talked on role of scoffing in improving the society, Shamusl Haq Arianfar talked on the background of scoffing in the country.
Meanwhile, Hakimyar head of executive of the culture and civil society foundation appreciated the initiative of the ministry of information and culture in removing shortcomings and the present social problems and hoped that such seminars continue in the center and province.
At the seminar the book of art of scoffing authored by Jalal Nurani published in 687 pages and printed by the Baihaqi Publishing Institute of ministry of information and culture was distributed to the participants.
Jalal Nurani also talked on the contents of his book.
At the end of the seminar a resolution was adopted by the participants appreciating the ministry of information and culture for this initiative.
The resolution incorporates that:
_ Any type of insults and misuse of free atmosphere of the press is not scoffing and it is not acceptable,
_ The ministry of information and culture should prepare the ground for holding of such seminars in center and provinces,
_ All the articles of the seminar should be published as a collection,
_The ministry of information and culture should work with the cooperation of higher education ministry and to appreciate the efforts and services of Jalal Nurani in diagnosing of scoffing, he should be given the official recognition of father of scoffing of Afghanistan.
