Kabul (BNA) Our people celebrate the World Cultural Expansion Day in a time that the government of Afghanistan is committed that all possibilities and cultural opportunities be laid as just and equal at the disposal of the people of our country.
We believe that cultural expansion narrates expansion and promotion of the life of a society. Realization of cultural worthies is coordinator of life of humanity in various dimensions. In presence of high culture we can open the way toward political sustainability, social comprehension and economic growth. Verification of culture and thought of sustainability and comprehension in Afghanistan provided those opportunities till we have positive and active cultural growth. Our people emphasize on national and native cultural worthies while the time and expansion of developed social life, immigrations, political transformations and expansion of technology that made closer our societies are caused the native culture to be impressed from importing culture. Beside this, political problems, economic dependencies, expansion of TV networks, imitation from others culture and customs that we can name it as cultural invasion made serious the cultural vulnerability. This demands us for defending from pure and admirable culture and tradition that narrate us from our past identity. We coordinate our efforts with those national and international institutions that are trying through different ways support the process of cultural expansion in the societies till the ground be prepared for cultural growth and social expansion in the country. We have positive consideration in the connection with cultural verification in the country and safeguard from national worthies and accepted traditions, customs and social norms and principles. Real defending from culture causes the society to believe on it and would work for purposeful cultural expansion in our society. In November 2001, the UNESCO issued a statement on cultural verification and then the UN General Assembly nominated May 21st that is coincided with Saur 31st as the day of world cultural verification for negotiation and expansion.
