KABUL (BNA) The World Food Program (WFP) has started food distribution aid to nearly 9 thousand needy families in the Alingar district of Laghman province.
Alingar headman Qari Zahidullah Fateeh said the aid would be distributed to 8771 needy families.
The round of aid package includes flour, Lentils, salt, and other food items distributed to each family, he added.
Despite the fact that hundreds of needy families in the district have already been assisted by national and international aid agencies.
