Kabul (BNA) Security officials have submitted dozens weapons to Disarmament of the Illegal Armed Group (DIAG) program in western Herat province.
Col. Mohammad Joma Adel commander of 606 Ansar Regional Zone Command told BNA correspondent, the weapons have been collected during military operations led by Afghan security forces from different parts of Herat province.
General Adel appreciated activities and efforts of Afghan security forces in Herat province and pledged that all illegal weapons will be collected from irresponsible gunmen.
