Kabul (BNA) Eight Taliban including a number of foreigners were killed in an operation by national army forces in Khogyani district of Nangarhar province.
National defense ministry press office said BNA the national army forces conducted a special operation for cleaning of areas from presence of Taliban in Khogyani district, in which 8 multi-national Taliban were killed.
It is said that 2 rocket launchers, a Kalashnikov and other military equipment were seized
According to another report, 11 anti-vehicles mine were planted in the relevant areas of Helmand and Zabul provinces were discovered and defused by national army forces.
