BAGHLAN (BNA) On the occasion of the National Day of Cultural Heritage Protection, new 75 discovered coins were displayed in Baghlan.
These coins date back to the Sassanian time said local officials of Baghlan.
The provincial head of Information and Culture of Baghlan, Maulvi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi, told BNA 75 coins and a water Jar discovered, which date back to 1,800 years, related to the Sassanian time.
He said that these coins were found by people in the area of Jalgah district, during construction of a road.
