New Hospital to be Build in Afghan-Iran Border

KABUL (BNA) A new hospital between Afghanistan and Iran border would be build, said Seyed Hassan Murtazavi, in a meeting with Dr. Qalandar Ibad acting Minister of Public Health, on Friday in Kabul.

In a meeting, typically concentrate on Iran’s cooperation hurled the work of two hospitals being built by that country in Kabul and Bamyan, both sides exchange viewed, said the Ministry in a statement.

The current formmtion of the Afghan health care system are not sufficient for the people and we strives to improve the quality of health services by using a new formation, said Dr.Ibad.

He asked the Iranian ambassador head to dedicate new hospital which is under construction in kabul to Cancer patients.

Meanwhile, the head of the Iranian embassy in Kabul stressed the country’s abide cooperation in Afghanistan and called on the primacy of the Ministry of Public Health to share their needs in the sector of medicine, corona vaccine and measles vaccine to provide assistance.

Same like the head of Iran embassy said a hospital would be build on the Iran-Afghan border so that could an ease for Afghans patients to find treatment free of Visa.

The Ministry of Public Health official praised Iran’s assistance and stressed for strengthening of bilateral ties between two Islamic countries. add the statement.
