Mahtarlam City (BNA) Joint clearing and searching house to houses operation started in eastern Laghman province yesterday, local officials of the province reported.
Press office of security command of Laghman stated BNA, the operation under the name of “Almas 30” has started in villages of Omarzay region, Mahtarlam city the provincial capital of the province and will continued until the villages completely cleared from existence of Taliban militants.
Until now several villages have been clean-up from being of armed rebels, the source added.
