Kabul (BNA) Afghan security forces launching an operation in Aab Kamari district of Badghis province Killed 8 armed Taliban and wounded 15 others.
Faiz Mohammad Merzad deputy and acting governor for Badghis told BNA, Afghan security forces in cooperation of air forces launched cleansing operation two days ago for eliminating of armed insurgents in villages of Band Yakhak, Sharab and Chah-e-Sangi of Aab Kamari district in which 8 insurgents lost their lives and 15 others wounded.
He added, in the operation a local police was also martyred and two others wounded.
