Lashkargah (BNA) Nineteen Taliban insurgents were killed in the latest clashes in Helmand last night.
The Taliban were targeted in Nawa and Nahrsaraj districts and the outskirts of Lashkargah.
Clashes reportedly followed by security forces attacks on Taliban convoys and positions.
Senior Atal Corps official in south of the country told BNA that 19 insurgents, including two local commanders, have killed in the clashes.
He said the Taliban were engaged in terrorist activities that targeted by air and ground raids of security forces.
