Kabul (BNA) 81 armed militants including a commander of them were killed in a series of clearing operations conducted by ANA forces in different parts of the country.
National defense ministry press office told BNA, the operations were launched in outskirts of Kunduz, Kunar, Nangarhar, Jouzjan, Faryab, Urozgan and Helmand provinces, in which 81 armed militants lost their lives, 58 wounded and three members of Daesh group have been held.
Likewise, numerous of weapons, military equipment, and a motorcycle of enemies were seized by ANA forces.
Another report says that, five ANA forces were martyred in explosion of mines during their security missions.
Defense ministry confirmed the martyrdom of the soldiers, but did not specify the location of the event.
