Farah (BNA) Afghan security forces in Farah province reported of ending a military operation and said that 18 armed Taliban were killed during the operation.
Lt. Abdul Raof Rahmani spokesman of National Security forces in Farah said 18 armed Taliban were killed and 17 others wounded in these operation.
According to Rahmani the operation conducted 4 days ago in the relevant areas of Balabalok district and most of the villages were cleaned from presence of Taliban.
Rahmani confirmed that a National Army soldier was martyred and 3 soldiers and 2 policemen were wounded.
