Poppy Eradication Campaign Goes On In Helmand

Kabul (BNA) The counter-narcotics police have eradicated poppy fields in 415 acres of farmland in Helmand province, the press office of interior ministry said yesterday.
In the campaign, according to the source which covered Gereshk and Marja districts, 415 acres of poppy cultivated fields were cleansed from the menace.
According to another report, police in Kabul arrested six people on charge of involvement in criminal activities including murder, robbery and counterfeiting documents.
