Lashkargah City (BNA) Eight Taliban militants were killed during attack conducted by Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) in southern Helmand province.
The terrorists have been targeted by ANDSF inside their hideout in Nawa district of the province.
Senior commander of Afghan national army in the south of the country told BNA correspondent, the armed oppositions have been targeted and killed while they were busy on organizing a series of terrorists and destructive activities.
The hideout of the terrorists along with all military equipment have been destroyed during the attack, the source added
It has been said, there were no damages on parts of civilians and Afghan security forces at the end of the assault.
