Taliban Commander, Two Pakistani Nationals Killed

Maidan-Wardak (BNA) Eight armed Taliban including a commander and two Pakistani nationals were killed in an operation carried out by Afghan security forces in Maidan-Wardak province last night.
The operation occurred on hideout of armed Taliban in Speendewal region, Daimardad district.
Ataullah Khoghyani spokesman of Maidan-Wardak governor said BNA, in the operation, a local commander of Taliban with eight militants including two Pakistani nationals were lost their lives.
According to Khgyani, the insurgents were killed while they were organizing a series of terrorist attacks in their hideout.
Spokesman of Maidan-Wardak governor said, the Afghan security forces also destroyed a hideout of Taliban with quantity of weapons in the operation.  T. Suraya-Yarzada
