Kabul (BNA) A top leader of Taliban along with his two men were killed during air raid carried out by Afghan air forces in central Logar province yesterday.
Shah Poor Ahmadzai spokesman of police chief in Logar told BNA reporter, Mohammad Naim known as Abu Zahar a leader of Taliban group along with his two men have been targeted by Afghan air forces in Zarghon Shahr region, Mohammad Agha district of the province.
According to another report, a weapon storage belonged to Taliban have been discovered in Logar province.
The weapon storage have been discovered during a military operation led by Afghan security forces in relevant areas of Azra district of the province, Ahmadzai reported.
Some heavy and light weapons, ammunitions and mines have been seized from the storage.
