Kabul (BNA) Amendment and modification in a number of articles of regulation draft on establishment and operation of private mass media offered based on suggestion of ministry of information and culture to cabinet of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and approved in a session of cabinet dating 27th December 2017 in three articles have been ratified by Presidential Office.
Amendment and modification in 7th article of regulation draft on establishment and operation of private mass media in connection with regulations of registration and reduction of 50% in license and guarantee of media organizations en listed in 27th article of mass media law.
Therefore, all owners of media, publication and cultural organizations that have not extended their license so far are informed to contact MoIC for registration and extension of their working license as soon as possible, otherwise later responsibility will be borne by them.
