Kabul (BNA) 17 armed rebels killed in clashes with Afghan security forces.
The interior ministry press office said BNA, these armed Taliban were killed and four others arrested during four operations carried out in the last 24 hours in the surrounding areas of Nangarhar, Laghman, Kandahar and Logar provinces.
It has been said during these operations 16 different types of mines, 1000 Kg ammonium nitrate use in making explosive devices, a quantity of ammunition and other military equipment were seized.
