KABUL (BNA) Local officials said that 3,630 needy families received humanitarian assistance in Paktika and Kunar provinces from national and international humanitarian institutions.
The World Food Program (WFP) distributed humanitarian assistance to 2,390 needy families in the Yusuf Khel district of Paktika province with each family received flour, cocking oil, lentil, and slat.
Elsewhere, the Islamic Relief organization assisted 1,435 needy families in Kunar province.
