Kabul (BNA) Pakistan Foreign ministry has rejected the media reports citing Pakistani Interior Minister Chaudary Nisar Ali khan allegedly he said to launch joint military operations against terrorists in Afghanistan as baseless.
Certain Pakistani media outlets quoted Nisar Khan that Pakistan jointly with Afghanistan and NATO forces would launch operations against militants inside Afghan soil.
Rejecting the report as baseless, the Pakistan foreign ministry said that interior minister Nisar Khan talked just about coordination in war on terror between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The government of Afghanistan in its reaction said that only Afghan security forces can operate inside the country and no one has the right to launch operation in Afghanistan soil and neither Afghan forces launch joint operations with Pakistani forces.
