Kabul (BNA) About 15 armed oppositions including their notorious commanders were killed in northern Badakhshan province last night.
Col. Mohammad Nabi Bayan security director of Badakhshan told BNA, a group of Taliban militants attacked on Raghistan district building, which faced will full resistance of Afghan security forces as a result 15 rebels including Qari Ziaulhaq the notorious commander of them, Jaan Nesar shadow district governor of the group for Yeftal Payan district and commander Jalal were killed.
The militants stormed on Raghistan district from several points, which their attack thwarted by Afghan security forces.
It has been said, now security situation is better in the district.
It is mentionable that four Afghan policemen were martyred during the clashes as well.
