Pakistan Humanitarian Aid Consignment Landed Balkh

BALKH (BNA) Pakistan aid consignment arrived in Balkh to be distributed among recent flood victims said the ambassador of Pakistan in Kabul Mansoor Ahmad Khan.

The consignment loaded with food and medicine has been landed on a charter flight by order of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to be assisted those families who suffered from the recent floods, said Mansoor Ahmad Khan Pakistan ambassador to Kabul on his tweeter handle.

He added the round of assistance landed in Balkh province to be distributed among those families who suffered recent flash floods.

Later, another consignment of humanitarian assistance will be reached Afghanistan by Pakistan in assistance to flood victims.

Recent, heavy rainfall caused huge flash floods across about 25 provinces of the country which destroyed thousands of residential houses, killed many, and damaged hundreds of acres of farmland

Same to the cause of flash floods the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate has called on countries and aid organizations to provide assistance to the suffered families of floods.
