Afghan Forces Prevent Smuggling of Second Group of Children To Pakistan In A Week

Sunday, July 16, 2017

Kabul (BNA) Afghan police said on Saturday they foiled bid to smuggle 13 children for militant training in Pakistan.
This is second such group to be stopped by the police in the central eastern province of Ghazni.
The smuggling was stopped by the police in cooperation with the army in Muqur district, said Mustfa Mayar, the acting police chief of Ghazni.
They were being taken to Pakistan’s Karachi city to receive militant training.
Three people were arrested in connection with the smuggling.
The latest foliage comes less than a week after 25 children en route to Pakistan’s Quetta were rescued from smugglers in the same province of Ghazni.
