Paktia Natural Landscape Hosted Thousands of Afghans During Eid Holidays

GARDIZ (BNA) Thousands of Afghans traveled in full security to Paktia province during the Eid Al-Fitr holidays to enjoy the natural beauty.

Based on reports, thousands of citizens across the country traveled to Paktia to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr and have fun, and enjoy the natural scenery with their families.

The gloaming hills, high mountains of full green, foothills, and lush plains of Paktia, which are mostly untouched and natural, are spoken by the people of the country.

Paktia, right to its proximity to the capital, has made it possible to travel to this province with the safe spaces created in Afghanistan and spend some Eid enjoying its beauty.

Fawad, a resident of Kabul, had traveled to the province with his family to catch the slight natural beauty of Paktia.

He said for the first time he had visited Paktia and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the province.

Meera Jan, who came to Paktia on the third day of Eid with a number of his friends from Maidan Shar, says he wishes there was always peace in Afghanistan and that they could travel safely anywhere in their country.

The influx of citizens from all over the country to Paktia has created temporary jobs for the citizens of the province.

Jaweed Ahmad, a Paktia resident says he has made good money by selling soft drinks to travelers during these three days of the Eid Al-Feter holidays.

At the same time, hundreds of security forces stand guards on highways, roads, and resorts in Paktia to ensure safety so that citizens could celebrate the Eid holidays with their families.
