KABUL (BNA) A group of five ISIS members who were involved in the assassination Sheikh Rahimullah Haqqani were arrested by the General Directorate of Intelligence.
During a complex operation, the forces of the GDI arrested a group of five ISIS members who were involved in the assassination of Sheikh Rahimullah Haqqani, the Directorate General of Intelligence said in a statement.
The Intelligence Department said that these people were involved in some other destructive incidents.
Sheikh Rahimullah Haqqani passed away on the 20th of Asad solar year, as a result of a suicide attack in a religious school in Kabul.
Later, the ISIS had claimed responsibility for this attack.
