PM Called Countries of Region Suitable Markets for Importing Oil to Afghanistan

KABUL (BNA) Acting Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in a meeting with the Acting Industry and Commerce Minister termed countries of the region as suitable markets for the import of oil and raw materials to Afghanistan.

Nooruddin Azizi Acting Industry and Commerce Minister, in a meeting, with Acting Prime Minister Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, shared the details of his trip to Russia and the countries of the region and called his trips full of successes.

“Important meetings with Russian federal officials on the electricity generation in the country, mining, oil and food import, transit issues, and regional connectivity, held,” said Minister Azizi.

For his part, Acting Prime Minister called the expansion of economic relations between the Islamic Emirate, the region, and the world vital for all parties, and hailed the Ministry of Industry and Commerce’s efforts in this sector.

The Acting Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan termed countries of the region suitable markets for the import of oil and raw materials for Afghanistan and said concrete steps must be taken to develop ties in this matter.
