Kabul (BNA) Noor Mohammad Noor, Spokesman for the Independent Election Commission (IEC) in a press conference held yesterday said, vote invalidation process will begin today.
According to BNA, at a press conference, Noor Mohammad Noor said the process will clearly be carried out in the presence of both presidential candidates’ representatives, national and international observers.
The primary sequence of computerizing and collection of investigations’ index started yesterday, the spokesman was quoted by BNA as saying. Since the beginning of the vote audit process, some seven thousand boxes have been audited, he added.
To accelerate the process, the numbers of monitoring teams had been increased, according to him.
During the outgoing week, the investigation list will be shared with people and media-outlets via software provided by the commission, he concluded.
