Kabul (BNA) Election of Wolisi Jirgah and district council began in the city of Aibak, Samangan province at 7:00 am this morning.
According to BNA local correspondent to BNA, nearly 150 men and women at the Aibak high school in Samangan have queue up to vote and there is no problem with the program.
Najibullah Shafahi responsible for the Independent Election of Samangan said, 96 polling centers are open in that province, and three centers in Dara-e-Soof district which are under the control of armed oppositions is closed.
According to Shafahi, all essential materials have been transferred to all sites.
