Faizabad City (BNA) A group of Taliban militants attacked on security checkpoints, which faced with full resistance of Afghan security forces in Jorm district, northern Badakhshan province.
Mansour Arshad director of publication in security command of the province said BNA reporter, over 15 armed oppositions were killed and five others were arrested following the attack by Afghan security personnel.
Two Afghan security forces were martyred and four others were injured in the attack as well, the source added.
The armed oppositions forced to escape the area and security situation is better now.
