Kabul (BNA) Registration process of nominees of presidential and provincial councils’ elections ended yesterday.
On the last day of the registration process, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, Sarwar Ahmadzai, Hameedullah Farooqi, Sardar Mohammad Nadir Naeem, Dr. Zalmai Rasoul, Daud Sultanzoy, Qayoum Karzai, Gul Agha Sherzai and Mrs. Khudeeja Ghaznvi came to IEC office and registered as candidates for upcoming presidential elections.
According to BNA, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai has introduced Gen. Abdul Rasheed Dustom and Sarwar Danish his first and second deputies, Sarwar Ahmadzai introduced Dr. Abdul Rahman and Eng. Qurishi as his first and second deputies, Hameedullah Farooqi introduced Mohammad Arif Baraki and Humaira Haqmal as his first and second deputies, Sardar Mohammad Nadir Naeem introduced Taj Mohammad Akbar and Azizullah Poya as his first and second deputies, Dr. Zalmai Rasoul introduced Ahmad Zia Masoud and Habiba Surabi as his first and second deputies, Daud Sultanzoi introduced Ahmad Sayeedi and Kazimia Sadat Muhaqiq as his first and second deputies, Qayoum Karzai introduced Wahidullah Shahrani and Ibrahim Qasimi as his first and second deputies, Gul Agha Shirzai introduced Sayed Hussain Alami Balkhi and Mohammad Hashim Zaare as his first and second deputies, Mrs. Khadeeja Ghaznvi introduced Gen. Mohammad Qasim Fayeezi and Gen. Khair Mohammad Barez her first and second deputies, Dr. Anwarull Haq Ahadi introduced Hashmatullah Mujadidi and Mohammad Islmail Qasimyar as his first and second deputies and Azizullah Ludeen introduced Abas Kareemi and Gen. Hameedullah Raheemi as his first and second deputies, head of IEC Dr. Mohammad Yousuf Nooristani Formally announced the end of registration process of nominees for presidential and provincial council’s elections.
