Commander of Al-Qaida Network Killed In Kunar

ASADABAD (BNA) A notorious commander of Al-Qaida network was killed by NATO drone strike in Kunar province last night.
The drone strike had been targeted terrorists’ hideout in the province, in which a commander of Amarat network and a commander of armed oppositions along with seven others insurgents were killed.
The insurgents have been targeted in their hideout by NATO air strike in Bala village, Wata Poor district of the province.
Gen. Abdul Habib Sayeedkhail police chief of the province told BNA, in the drone attack a commander of Al-Qaida network along with two commanders of Amarat network (a terrorist network) and seven others insurgents were killed.
Sayeedkhail added five other insurgents including a member of Al-Qaida and three Pakistani Nationals were injured following the attack.
Police official of the province says, the commanders were busy to organize several destructive and terrorist activities in the east of the country, which targeted by NATO air attack and killed.
During the recent three years this is the fourth member of Al-Qaida network that killed by NATO drone attack in the east of the country.
