12 Killed, 66 Injured In Kabul Suicide Attack

Kabul (BNA) 12 people were killed including a foreign citizen and 66 others injured in a suicide attack yesterday in 4th Microrayon area of Kabul city.
Women and children were among the victims and injured of the terrorist incident.
Head of hospitals for ministry of public health Dr. Sayed Kabir Amiri told BNA that as a result of a suicide attack on Shinozada road in 4th Microrayon area, 12 people were killed and 66 others injured including five women who were under treatment in a number of hospitals.   Dr. Amiri says the casualties will possibly increase because the condition of a number of the injured critical.
Head of crimes’ investigation for Kabul police command Sayed Feraidoon Obaidi confirmed that it was a motor-bomb attack targeting foreign forces’ vehicles in the area. Obaidi didn’t mention the exact number of casualties, but stressed on further investigations in this regard.
