Local Police Martyrs 20 Civilians, Wounds 18 In Kunduz

Kunduz (BNA) In attack of a group of local police on civilians in Kunduz province, 20 civilians were lost their lives and 18 others were wounded this morning. 
The attack started when local police officers opened fire on residents of Konm area in the suburb of Kunduz city. 
Eyewitness said to BNA, the local police officers due to private enmity attacked on residents of the area, but in charges of police in Kunduz said that this clash started while a group of irresponsible armed militias attacked on the frontier police forces and killed three policemen. 
The reports reached to BNA said still, this clash continues in this area. 
Meanwhile, the in charges of Kunduz hospital said currently 20 killed and 18 wounded civilians were transferred to this hospital. 
The local in charges said nothing in this regard yet. 
Authorities of interior ministry called the problem a private enmity.
Police of Kunduz security commandment assess the situation.
The police chief of this province will give information in a press conference regarding this event.
