For making peace, the President noted that Afghanistan government has clear criteria which include closing down the sanctuaries of armed insurgents and stopping any support to them and creating trust between NDS and ISI. On agreement between the said intelligence agencies, the President noted that the document needs consultation and study by the national assembly, saying all energy and facilities would be utilized to achieve lasting and honorable peace in the country, a stance has been appreciated by chairman House of People.
