Tribute Paid To Alama Faizani

Kabul (BNA)  In a conference organized by the followers and devotes of late Alama Faizani the great politician, scholar and spiritual leader here yesterday the speakers highlighted various dimensions of the great personality. 
Mohammad Yaqub Ahmadzai the deputy to ministry for frontiers and tribal affairs said that the late Faizani head struggled against corruption and injustice with pen and tongue.
The late Faizani, he added had voiced opposition to despotism and that was why he was imprisoned.  Others including Daud Sultanzoi, Abdul Sabour Fakhri and Walsmal also spoke at the conference.
The late Faizani along with some of his friends and followers was put in jail for the seventh time in Qaus 28. 1352 by the then regime and went missing in 1358 in Pul-e-Charkhi jail.
