Kabul (BNA) Chaired by deputy minister of finance, administrative and tourism for information and culture Sayeda Mojgan Mostafavi, a meeting was held to better coordinate financial affairs and address needs of units within the MoIC.
In the meeting attended also by directors of various departments of the ministry, deputy minister of finance, administrative and tourism said the ministry of information and culture by spending 91 percent of its development budget topped among ten better institutions in 2018.
“During the current 2019 fiscal year, 88 percent of the ministry’s development budget has been spent so far and by collecting the last data the figure will jump to 90 percent, “Mustafavi said, asking all departments of the ministry to coordinate their programs for the coming fiscal year.
In the meeting, deputy minister of finance and administrative also asked all departments within the ministry of information and culture to clearly provide their needs within two days so that all needs would be addressed with better coordination.
Directors of various departments of the MoIC delivered their plans and visions to the meeting.
