President Ghani, CE Offer Condolence Over Haroon Amin Demise

Kabul (BNA)   President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani offered condolence over the death of Mohammad Haroon Amin former Afghanistan ambassador to Japan, who passed away due to illness in the USA the other day.
In his message the president described the late Haroon Amin as veteran diplomat, saying his death is a loss to diplomacy apparatus of the country. The president also expressed sympathy with the family and friends of late Haroon Amin and wished patience to his family to bear the grief. According to another report, regretfully, I got informed that Haroon Amin a diplomat and an outstanding personality of the country had passed away due to cancer disease the other day in the United States of America”, CE Dr. Abdullah said in the message. During the Jihad, late Amin was defending the Afghan people and had left memorable services he made in different capacities in the country, Dr. Abdullah further said. Late Amin besides Shaheed Ahmad Shah Massoud had resisted against Red Army in the country and changed to justice voice in the international media during resistance, fighting Taliban and terrorism CE added. After Taliban regime downfall, he had worked as Afghanistan Charge d’ affaires in the US and then Afghan ambassador in Tokyo and put great steps regarding his country’s relations with these countries. Chief Executive of the NUG, Dr. Abdullah in the condolence message termed Haroon Amin demise a great loss, wished him paradise and patience to his family and relatives. In a separate message, Afghan minister of foreign affairs, Salahuddin Rabbani expressed condolence over former Afghanistan’s ambassador in Tokyo, Mohammad Haroon demise, adding he was a committed diplomat of the country who had served in ministry of foreign affairs, as political representative of the country in different countries and at the end as Afghanistan’s ambassador in Tokyo. He offered condolence to the late family, relatives and his ministry’s officials and wished him paradise from the court of Allah the Almighty and patience to the remained.
