Two Terrorists Arrested Before Planting Landmines

Kabul (BNA) The National Security Directorate (NSD) Afghanistan’s intelligence agency has arrested two terrorists before planting landmines in southern Kandahar province.
According to a statement released by NSD, the terrorists were rounded up red handed with three landmines and bomb-making devices.
They are identified as Abdul Wali S/O Peer Mohammad, a resident of Helmand’s Marja District, and Salih Mohammad S/O Sayed Mohammad, a resident of Kandahar city.
A pistol and a motorcycle were also confiscated from the terrorists.
NDS statement further states that the group had been involved in several deadly attacks in Kandahar city in the past.
