Kabul (BNA) Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani met Iranian Ambassador to Kabul Mohammad Reza Bahrami on Thursday during which both sides discussed eradication of extremism and violence-seeking groups in the region and around the globe, a statement from the ministry of foreign said.
In the meeting, both officials also called for isolation of those supporting terrorists in the world, the statement added.
Minister Rabbani expressed condolences to the Iranian government and people over terrorist attacks in Tehran which claimed lives of many innocent civilians.
Likewise, the two sides exchanged views on current political issues in the country particularly the recent terrorist attacks in Khost, Kabul and Herat provinces.
