Lashkargah City (BNA) Nearly 9 armed Taliban including their commander were killed during NATO air attack carried out in relevant areas of southern Helmand province.
Omar Zawak spokesman of Helmand governor told BNA reporter, the air attack was lunched by NATO air forces in Haiderabad region, Garashk district of the province the night before last.
According to source, Mullah Muhab a commander of the group, who had active role in most destructive and terrorist activities in the province, was killed in the attack.
The source added, a gun machine and a canon of 83mm have destroyed following the raid.
