Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan Premier League to be started on Friday 5 October, 2018 by participate of five teams in Sharjah International Cricket Stadium, BNA reported.
Organized by the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), the tournaments envisions to attract top players from around the world and become as competitive as other tournaments like the IPL, PSL (Pakistan Super league), BBL (Big Bash League) and the like.
The tournament will feature twenty-three matches to be played between 5 and 21 October 2018 in Sharjah. It has been reported that over forty overseas players will be a part of the league, some of which are big names in the cricketing circle. Chris Gayle, Shahid Afridi, Andre Russell, and Brendon McCullum are among the ones to watch out for.

6 October 2018 – 20:00 (D/N) – Balkh Legends vs Kabul
7 October 2018 – 16:00 (D/N) – Nangarhar Leopards vs Paktia Royals
7 October 2018 – 20:00 (D/N) – Balkh Legend vs Kandahar Kings
9 October 2018 – 20:00 (D/N) – Kabul vs Nangarhar Leopards
10 October 2018 – 20:00 (D/N) – Balkh Legends vs Paktia Royals
11 October 2018 – 16:00 (D/N) – Kabul vs Kandahar Kings
