TALIQAN CITY (BNA) A group of 7 organized criminals were arrested during a military operation conducted by Afghan security forces in northern Takhar province.
Ministry of interior in a statement reported that the band accused of different criminal cases such as murders, armed robbery, kidnappings and harassment of people was demolished during the military operation in Farkhar district of Takhar province.
The band was involved in murders, armed robbery, kidnappings, and harassment of people, the statement added.
Also, a woman rescued from clutches of the gang as well, the statement further added.
Some heavy and light weapons and ammunitions have been seized during the military operation, the statement concluded.
