Kabul (BNA) A plot to assassinate a member of house of people, Karamuddin Reza Zada was thwarted by National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Monday.
The officials of NDS said the MP was planned to hold meetings with elders. The militants designed to kill him by planting a roadside bomb. The attempt was foiled after Afghan forces detained an individual in this case with a bomb.
According to the NDS report the detained militant had confessed to his crime.
