Kabul (BNA) As part of the commitment of national unity government to bring reforms in judiciary and justice departments, the government begun testing the professionalism and knowledge ability of prosecutors here the other day in the presence of the leading board of the Attorney General Office, authorized officials from the Supreme Court and the office of presidential advisor on law.
Under the program, the government has also begun examining the professional members of the Attorney General Office who have no higher education certificates. It is said that some 1,000 professional members of the Attorney General Office don’t have university degree in the fields of law and Sharia; while having higher education certificate in accordance with the law is essential for employment to the attorney general office.
