Kandahar (BNA) Two civilians were martyred and two children wounded in a clash between Taliban and national army troops in Panjwai district of Kandahar province the night before last.
Fazel Mohammad Ishaqzai governor of Panjwai district said BNA, the clash occurred when a group of Taliban attacked on convoy of national army forces in Talokan area of the district.
According to him, two residents of the area were martyred and two children wounded.
Ishaqzai added, there were no casualties among national army forces but Taliban sustained heavy casualties.
