Kabul (BNA) The meeting discussed the procedure for administration of the Bagram prison and the transfer of prisoners under the US detention to the Afghan government.
The meeting also discussed the law on corruption that regulates recognition of crimes, detection and evaluation of crimes by the professional employees, legal investigation, follow up and the trial of the accused.
According to the Minister of Justice, under the law further authorities will be provided to the relevant departments and the issues pertaining to detection of crimes can be better organized.
President Hamid Karzai instructed the high administration for supervision on implementation of the strategy against corruption to use its authorities on the basis of Constitution of the country.
