Jalalabad (BNA) Some weapons and ammunitions have been discovered and seized by Afghan National Police personnel in eastern Nangarhar province last night.
Col. Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal in-charge of publication in security command of Nangarhar said BNA, the weapons and ammunitions include a Kalashnikov, hundreds bullets of different type of weapons and some other light weapons.
The weapons and ammunitions while transferred by a car type of Sarach to Ghani Khail district of the province discovered and seized by policemen in Samarkhail checkpoint, Behsoud district of the province, Mashriqiwal added.
A person was arrested accused of the case and investigation ongoing from him, Mashriqiwal concluded.
