Kabul (BNA) A message has been dispatched on behalf of president Karzai addressed to Noor Sultan Nazar Bayev president of Kazakhstan on the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan.
The message conveys felicitations on the creation of diplomatic ties between Afghanistan and friendly country of Kazakhstan.
The message adds that our people consider ever further growth of friendly ties between Afghanistan and the friendly country of Kazakhstan as their achievements.
Afghanistan is for further expansion of cooperation with friendly Kazakhstan and expects that the people of that country always lead a prosperous life.
I wish you good health and further progress of the brother people of Kazakhstan, the message points out.
